The amalgam of two distinct forces in today’s society has caused rise of new edition of complexities. While one is related to the business environment which is denoted as: ‘more complex and unpredictable than ever before’ and second to the rise of social unrest at different levels of day to day lives. We need to realize the gravity of such challenges. This, of course has doubled the duties and responsibilities of teachers and teaching institutions as well.

We at Banshi aim to educate future leaders who can understand the need of time management. I strongly believe that these young leaders will create new ideas and innovations and make a difference to their organizations. However, this requires a new orientation on the part of stakeholders who have a role to play in nation building. In our endeavor to strive for excellence we have truly committed faculty and skilled staff. We value goodwill among our alumni, reputation among corporate houses and the same among our potential students.

With the passionate vision of ‘Carving Tomorrow’s Future’ we have been profoundly marching ahead. I admit that although we are not very old in the field and have made journey of nine years only since our inception in the year 2009-10, the result during this period have enough reasons to encourage us to the utmost. The introduction of smart classes, Wi-Fi campus, enriched library and splendid computer lab may be considered as playing their infrastructural role very silently but effectively during this endeavor.

Well planned industrial visits and some extra co-curricular features like annual excursion tours and celebration of our annual festival 'JASHNA' with great zeal and wide participation of students require a special mention. To meet the challenges at social front ( complexities )we not only consider the merit of ' HUMAN VALUES & ETHICS ' as a subject but constantly attempt to inculcate the same with our regular academic course. This may be acknowledged as an attempt to produce ' talents with ethics ' which really is the need of the hour .

For all of the above achievements I am thankful to almighty and our management without whose support this would not have been possible. I place my utmost gratitude towards them. YES, at the same time I also welcome Mr. NIRAJ PRASAD the founder member of ' Career Launcher ' who has joined hands with us . I hope this collaboration will certainly add new dimensions to the success story of BANSHI COLLEGE OF MANAGEMENT & TECHNOLOGY.
